College gathering

Last Saturday was a very tiring day for me. The day started at 1030am. Had to pick up work stuff from one of my staff at Admiralty station. And proceeded on to wait for Maya,Lorryn and Jun at the taxi stand. It was the day all the ex NYJCians meet for our yearly jalan raya outing. We started at Woodlands, as usual. This time, Siti's house was the first. There were 8 of us. Had a wonderful brunch, keema with bread(i think so its keema.. haha). After the hearty meal, Jun continued with the kuihs.. she just could not stop eating the "layang layang" cookies. Its home made! After the food part, we browsed through her wedding pics. Made me excited to have my own soon too.. hmm.. but i need a partner in order to get married. Haha!! But, on top of the good food and great photos, we received a good news from Siti. She is blessed with twins; a boy for one and an unknown gender for another..hehe..we shall soon know if its another identical boy.. or girl! I hope its the latter.. soo cool!!

Next house was Azkiya. Another eating session..this time only kuihs.. and photo browsing. Hers was amazingly nice.She used Zul Radi as her makeup artists and costume. They looked really good.. and the price was not THAT expensive.Rather reasonable.She was very pleased with how the photos turned out too. And the best part, she even had a phototaking session on her honeymoon!!! All captured for a lifetime memory!!

Hakim's house was next. This time, Liza and her bf joined in. So did Hakim. All of us headed on to Maya'a place for another round of endless drinking and cooking munching.So full by that time.Thank god i was wearing a loose kebaya.Can u imagine if i had one with full buttons in front.I think they would burst open..haha! But, one thing that remained the same for all the houses, the women would take turns to use the bathroom.We just could not control our bladder. :)

More phototaking at my place. And he joined us soon after. A lot of chit chatting and HIndi movie watching on tv. And by then it was already 5pm! Can u imagine.. for the past 5 hrs..we only managed to go to 5 houses..Hmm... Maya left after mine. And more did after Liza's. There were only 8 of us left at Cikgu Ibrahim's place. Cikgu served us nasi briyani and chicken curry..Superb!!! I had two servings.. i do not even wanna think of the weight gain! A funny thing happened. Our dear old joker, Khair, made me say the prayer. In front of everyone.. even cikgu! And i was caught off guard, that i could not even recall what the prayer was. Can u imagine how embarrassed i was??! My face was as red as the curtains in cikgu's house. Kurang ajar ko kaya!!

At the end of cikgu's place, Jun, Hakim n I went over to Cikgu kalida's. The rest had to leave. Siti had to send Alfian to the airport. And Khair had to meet his parents. Lorryn off to support her cousin for the pesta cerpen. The 3 of us had to go. We have promised Cikgu. And so wen went. She ordered pizza and made bubor hitam. I could not eat any further. Just had a slice. And almost felt like puking... enough food for me.

I rushed back. Erin and her fiance were on their way to my place. Last min kemas kemas sikit. And waited. They came like 10mins after i got home. Quick chat and phototaking and my day ended at exacty 1230am! It was super tiring... as tiring as writing this entry.. damn long la.. haha...

Anyway, to all my NYJCians -> Thank you for coming to the outing. Appreciate it. Miss u guys and gerls!!! Next yr we shall have babies joining us.. hehe.. siapkan duit raya ha..
