So the story continues... Some of you may say that i can never get enough of Geylang.. Been there three times! Haha.. what the heck! I am only seen in geylang 3x a year! That doesn't seem a lot now does it.. hehe..
Ok... after Little India, Najib and I made our way to geylang serai. I managed to do my henna. Shucks...couldn't find the photos..i shall update this part once the pics are made available to me.
We buka at Banquet, and of course the dinner was accompanied by my wonder putu piting again! Hehe.. Bt other than that, the food at Banquet sucks big time! one store actually has a long list of food on the wall menu, BUT with a sticker on them that states "Not available". In the end, only 3 dishes are available for order. What the heck! What is the point of having a stall if you can only sell 3 types of dishes. I could cook more dishes than that! And yes, Me!! Sigh..
I had my nasi goreng sambal, while my brothers had carrot cake, kway teow goreng and deng deng. We were soo stuffed by the time we finished eating... and yes, i felt fat after the meal..
It is time for a little exercise after the dinner. Bazaar was again packed with people. We were sweating like pigs, having to squeeze our big bums in between people, while withstanding the odours and sticky bodies along the way. Yucks! Overall, we had a blast in geylang. My brother bought for himself a "sampin"-> I do not know what is called as in English.. ahah.. We ended the day at Barang Barang (at the spaceship looking building)! They have really nice furniture.. i would definitely get mine when i have a home of my own!
And in between.. we chilled at the good o'l Coffee Bean while waiting for my prince in shinning armor..
10pm: My dearest bf came to pick us up. Aww how sweet of him. Luf u baby! Thanks lots!
