BBQ session @ East Coast Park

Was invited to a BBQ at East Coast Park last Friday, 6th of Dec, by Nasha & family. Yus and I headed down after work to help with the setup and of course, i was most helpful in finishing their food! Muahaha..

Played with the kids, Akhmal and Nadia. They are the cutest thing! Only few months apart. If i ever have a baby, I am so stuffing him/her with so much food. Michelin baby in the making.. hehe.. Yus helped with the BBq-ing. The chicken wings were just YUMMY baby!.. I loved it. Jery came much later and joined in the fun. We played chapteh, the traditional Malay sport, similar to takraw. Was my first attempt, not bad i must say. The only problem, the place was a lil dark, kinda hard to see what we were kicking! But in all, the game was fun and we sweat off much of what we had consumed for the night.

The fun and games continued with UNO and Black Jack. I must say the Lady Luck was on Jery's side. He was on a winning streak! Hmm.. Jery, did you have some tricks up your sleeve we were not aware of.. ;)

The day ended at 6am. Yus and i headed back, went for a quick breakfast at Yishun Mac and sent me home safely by 10am.

I had the best time sis! Thank you for the invite. Your family is wonderful and such a sweetheart! I miss Nadia already... :(
