One thing i learnt from last nite's outing with my baby...

1. Outfit misfit
Always discussed what you are to wear each time you are about to have an outing with that special someone. Otherwise,either of you have to go back home and get changed.That was what happened to us yesterday. He was in vest,shirt,jeans and smart shoes. I was in denim skirt, flip flops and t shirt! WAt an awful mismatch!! In the end, he had to go back to my place, waited for at least half hr for me to get changed. What a waste of time. Poor baby.
2. Destination-miscommunication
He said "Honey,let's see what phone i should get. It's time for a change. We shall go somewhere in the area." I assumed Yishun. Well, that was what i tot "in the area" meant. OH Gosh was i wrong. He meant Singapore in general. haha
3. Shopping habits
Gotta know that he likes to dress up whenever he shops. As for me, my mood for the day will determine my desire to shop and my style! Somehow, i have lost that LUST for shopping.. Sigh.. shopping myjo GONE! oh myjo, come out, come out, wherever you are!
After that lil mishap we had, we headed down to Orchard Road. Quick browse @ Starhub Plaza Singapura. Fell in love with the new Nokia music express phones. Baby, i particularly recommend the prism model. Sleek and classy for u.
Got himself a Christmas gift for a colleague. A gift exchange for the festive season. And his present looked like a 100 bucks. But in actual fact, only cost him $11 (yeah! We kept within the 10 bucks budget).. hehe.. creative minds @ work.
Movies next. Disappointed with the movie choice. Ben Stiller was not as funny in the "Heartbreak Kid". Lame jokes in all. But i enjoyed the Haagen Dazs Macadamia Nut ice cream! My first. Baby liked his wedges too. He is always hungry.. hehe..
Right after the show, we went for a lil toiletries shopping. Him more than me.. hehe.. Got what he needed for his new apartment.

Food critique. (as requested by my baby)
1. The starters: Hmm.. i prefer the grilled calamari to the fried ones. Have a smoother,clean effect on the taste buds. ANd whats more is, grilling is a much healthier mode of cooking than frying. ;)
2. Main dishes: The prawn fettucine was average in taste. Nothing special. And the sauce was a tad too rich for my taste buds. Got sick of it after a few mouthfuls. But the prawns were fresh i must say. Juicy!
As for the crayfish penne-> a fan of tomato based pasta. But this one just tasted funny. Too sour. And had a fishy taste and smell to it. Overwhelming for me. Highly NOT recommended.
Overall, i had a great dinner and best conversations ever! We ended the night snuggling next to each other, watching Lazio vs Juventus game. I dozed off after 5 mins into the game.. hehe.. soccer matches just aint my thing. But, the best part was, i gotta cuddle in his arms. Priceless.
