Surprise baking!

Did something i have never imagined in my life. Baked brownies for the first time ever. Source of Inspiration: Junaina (my bestie) and Yusri (my beloved boyfriend). The brownies turned out alright., could have been better though. Made a mistake in the baking temperature. Sigh!

The result -> The brownies are a little hard on the surface, especially now that they are cool. But the inside is still yummy and soft. So not all is bad. Thank GOD!

Packed some for my baby to try later.. hope your teeth are strong enough to bite through the rock hard surface..Don't wanna see you in dentures next.. hehe. Muaks!

Menu for tomorrow
1. Pancakes for breakfast (my brother has been craving for them since eon years ago)

2. Lunch (home cooked by mua. Browsing through the menu now.. hmm.
Wonder what I should cook. Visit to the market early morning with mummy)

P.S: My mother just gave my cookies a new name.. Chocolate Blackie! Not brownie.. hehe.
