What he/she wants...

What do you want in a man/woman? A simple question that bears such complicated answers. Let us view the "needs" and wants of a man... quoted from our dear ol' Mr Sarcasma..

Men want EVERYTHING.

Career-wise, MEN want one that offers status, financial independence & freedom to pursue a balanced, even extravagant lifestyle.

Me -> In terms of the "job aspect", their wants are direct and universal. A career that offers an attractive remuneration, image and status booster as well as personal liberty!

But when it comes to choosing their lifetime partner, the checklist just goes on and on... a lil unrealistic i might say!

When it comes to their dream life partner, a man typically wants a woman who:

-> looks like a Miss Universe but cooks & manages his household like his Mom. (my response: ever heard of the term "trade off" buddy? We are no cast of Desperate Housewives)

-> is demure in public but a sex goddess in bed. ;) (my response: Don't all men fantasise for the angel-devil persona. U should date a twin, perhaps you could get that split personality effect.)

-> loves having kids but still maintain that tight hourglass figure. (my response: no way can this be possible without any 3rd party intervention. This, i mean enrolling to the next fitness club, even slimming centres. If you are willing to be our kind sponsor, we could definitely fulfill that ridiculous wish of yours. U want us to be your next baby-making factory, but not at the expense of our figure. Try being a woman for once and tell me if that is humanly possible)

-> loves kids, and adores the inner kid in her man. (my response: Done. Easy. If your current gf dislike kids, i suggest running far far away)

-> feels secure enough to give her man the space he needs, when he needs. (my response: Your wish is my command.)

-> conducts herself with grace, always preserving her own & her man’s dignity. (my response: Wish fulfilled)

-> is a good listener, a great conversationalist. -overlooks his flaws, draws out his strengths. (my response: reasonable enough. Consider it done)

-> is someone they share a sizzling chemistry with. -sensible with money, not a spendthrift. (my response: reasonable)

-> is self-less & loyal to a fault; stands by her man through thick & thin. (my response: reasonable)

-> is someone with whom he feels completely at ease to be himself. (my response: reasonable)

Notice how i am disagreeable to the first few points. Totally ridiculous and unrealistic. But a want is a want afterall. It is something you wish can come true, but will not be a total disappointment if they dont.

Now, let me show you what women want in a man (in my opinion):

a. Stable career (good position, good salary, ambitious)

b. Inner beauty (romantic, sensitive, gentle, well mannered towards my friends and family)

c. Attractive physically (i.e good looking, amazing hot body, of reasonable height, nice thick hair)

d. Smart (i.e to strike a meaningful and interesting conversation with)

e. Great in bed

Well, i must say our "want" list is definitely shorter, and way more realistic than that of men's. And do note how we women tend to focus more on inner rather than outer beauty, compared to men. Who is the more superficial being huh.. hmmm.
