Lunch @ Hyatt

Had the most superb lunch at The Grand Hyatt last Saturday. Thanks to my favourite aunt of all, Mak Ngah! No reason whatsoever... no birthdays. Just perhaps a farewell lunch before she departs to the holy land this coming Monday. My family (comprised of my mum, stepdad and myself. Poor thing, my brother could not make it. He has to work. What a waste!) and that of my aunt's (my 2 cousins came along.. my cousin was the biggest eater for the day).

The mature adults (couldn't say they are old.. haha) enjoyed the huge variety that the restaurant offered. A wide range of delicacies from North Indian to Malay to Chinese! Just name it! Delicious. My cousin had 6 pieces of barbecued stingrays! Can you imagine that! haha.. I had mostly the indian dishes especially the aloo gobi, naan and chicken curry.

Otak otak was amazingly nice. Not to mention the cookies -> chinese new year came early. Pineapple tarts were made for all the guests.Really yummy. Muah chee, kuih dadar, goreng pisang.. wow.. too much to say. The food was overall the best ever. Total bill: $274 for 6 of us. Not really expensive considering the variety and the venue.

Definitely will go again! Kinda miss the food now. Was so full after the buffet, all we could think about was SLEEP! hehe... to all my frens, I highly recommend this place!!! GO FOR IT SOON!
