Valentine's day special

Valentine's Day, 14th Of February 2008.

A memorable day for all couples, worldwide. Some couples prefer to dine at fancy restaurants, some rather watch a romantic movie together ... the list just goes on. What we see as a mundane, everyday activity, may be seen as romantic and sweet to others. So to all couples I wish you Happy Valentine's Day!

My baby had a different idea in mind to celebrate the moment. "Dinner by the Beach? he asked. Changi Beach was our choice. Reason being, that particular beach was the first place we had our romantic evening together as a couple. And to avoid all those overpriced eateries and congested malls/cineplexes.

Time of arrival: 7pm.
Dinner: Nasi lemak with otah-otah (my favourite. And it was our first meal together as a couple on the 21st nov '07)

We chose our auspicious location. Setup the tent, with my help of course. ;) (Felt like one of the guys last night. hehe...) We had to get the tent up despite the strong winds... imagine the difficulty. When all was done, it was snap snap time! Took pics of our beautiful red tent, the delicious food and definitely, US! Didnt see the sunset from where we were. But we could witness the beautiful seasights, huge planes above us and the other couples who were just snuggling in the arms of the lovers. It was magical. With the serenading sounds of the waves, the music from our Sony Ericsson phone, we just talked and cuddle in each other's arms all night.

We made plans for the future... and share our hopes and dreams.

I love you, sayang. I never want this to end. You are my everything, my love and my soul. I thank you for everyday spent with you is a blessing.

(P.S: A unfortunate thing happened today. The pictures we took failed to get transfered to my laptop. Deleted all the pics in my cam earlier. AND so, i loSt all those pics taken last night! )
